It's quick and easy to change to the bag bellows in the field and it gives you the ability to use view camera movements with short focal length lenses. This would be impossible with the standard bellows because the pleats get too compressed and wind up in your way. The bag bellows is just that, a poofy, light tight bag that has no pleats to prevent the free use of movements at short extensions. The bag bellows kit is a fairly short project. First you cut out and sew together the light tight fabric, followed by gluing a light seal over the seam. Then you build the front and rear bellows frames, just as you did for the standard bellows, and glue the bag assembly to them. It's easy, works great, and costs a fraction of the price for a bag bellows on any other camera!
