Pinhole Photography
Pinhole Information Kits, Images and Pinhole Camera Kits
|
Pinhole photography is, simply, photography without a lens... a glass lens, that is. A pinhole actually creates an image, just the way a lens does, by allowing light to pass through it to the film. Pinhole photography doesn't have to be a grade school science project. Pinholes are capable of quite a lot and, with a little knowledge and care, the images produced with them can be very fine. By calculating the optimum pinhole size for a given focal length you can obtain very sharp images, particularly when coupled with large format films.
